Living Word Fellowship

Dr. Paul Cannings is the Senior Pastor of Living Word Fellowship Church in Houston, Texas. He provides spiritual direction and leadership to the congregation and is a sought-after speaker on the national and international stage. He is President of Power Walk Ministries, a ministry for Church Leadership Development, Marriage, and Family and Teacher Training and holds conferences in the U.S., Africa and the Caribbean. He can be heard locally in Houston on KHCB/105.7 FM, where he serves as a bible study leader on "The Pastor's Corner" and is the host of a live question and answer program called "The Pastor's Study". Dr. Cannings can also be heard on oneplace.com and seen on Houston Media Source Monday's at 6:00am.

Dr. Cannings holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College and a Master's Degree in Theology ~ Bible and Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has studied in Oxford University in England and holds a Doctorate in Philosophy ~ Theological Studies in Religion and Society from Oxford Graduate School in Dayton, TN.

He is the author of numerous books and the publisher of two series, "Leadership Training" for training leaders and "Keeping Love Alive" for strengthening marriages.

Dr. Cannings is married to Everette and they are the parents of two adult sons, Paul Jr. and Pierre.
