Living Word Fellowship Church

Our Vision is focused on impacting the greater Houston area by partnering with other churches and para-church organizations or to develop a comprehensive program, which will service the needs of the community physically, emotionally and spiritually.

CHRISTIAN OUTREACH CENTER (COC)
The urban church must emphasize sound biblical teaching (2 Tim. 4:2-3), with the focus of modeling believers, who represent Christ on earth, before the community and the world. This salts the community and provides light in darkness (Matthew 5:13-15). "But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. Do not fear what they fear; do not be frightened. But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander." (1 Peter 3:14-16).

The Recovery and Restoration Project

This ministry serves Adult, Adolescent, Family drug and alcohol treatments

Special worship services held Sunday at 11:00am at the COC

Food Pantry

Saturday the bags of food are prepared and Monday?s and Wednesday?s we pass out food to the hungry

One to Another (Resale Shop)

We offer good quality clothing to the community at very affordable prices. All proceeds go back into the programs at the COC

Mending Minds Ministry (MMM)

In this ministry our goal is to offer classes to the community that will mend minds such as G.E.D, E.S.L., Drug Counseling, Anger Management, Parenting, and Computer Training

H.O.P.E./P.A.C.E

The goal of these programs is to give adults and children who have gotten into trouble helpful tools that can better their lives. How? By way of God through you becoming a mentor.
